Data Sharing Agreement

By agreeing to these terms below, you, as an authorized representative of your Organization or your individual person, ("Partner") are agreeing to enter into the following data exchange agreement with Get Free and Political Revolution Flight Path a 501c4 non-profit and partner of 50501. ("Political Revolution").

Get Free and Political Revolution, being the event campaign hosts, will provide Partner with a unique source code for event registration. This unique source code will be used by Partner to register events. After the completion of the aforementioned events, Political Revolution will provide exclusively to Partner the following data gathered through the unique source code ("Data"): first name, last name, email address, phone number, and zip code. In addition to providing Partner with the Data derived from the use of the unique source code, Political Revolution will provide Partner with a list of Data that was not derived from the Partner’s unique source code (“Unsourced Data”), that is proportionate to the amount of Data that came in through the Partner’s unique source code, to be calculated after the event is completed. Partner must use the unique source code provided and if Partner fails to do so, this data sharing agreement is invalidated.

Partners who organize local events will also be able to retain access to any unsourced data for those who sign up for their events.

With the exception of the Unsourced Data that Get Free and Political Revolution will provide to Partner, any Data originally owned by Political Revolution that did not come in through the use of a Partner's unique source code will remain in the sole ownership of Political Revolution. Political Revolution may conduct follow up with participants brought in through Partner’s unique source code for up to two weeks following the event completion.

Get Free and Political Revolution reserve the right to terminate this agreement and withhold Data from any Partner who behaves in bad faith or attempts to use the Data in a way that was not agreed upon by Political Revolution and Partner prior to the use of said Data.
